The 2016 Acura RLX
Acura announced the 2016 RLX Sport Hybrid Super Handling All-Wheel-Drive (SH-AWD) flagship performance luxury sedan goes on-sale across Canadian Acura dealerships with a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) at $69,990.
The 377-horsepower Acura RLX Sport Hybrid SH-AWD luxury-performance sedan is the first vehicle to deploy Acura’s new three-motor hybrid powertrain technology – a world first and similar powertrain will also power the Acura NSX supercar when it comes to market. The system combines a highly efficient, direct-injected V-6 engine with an all-new, Acura-designed, 7-speed dual clutch transmission with built-in electric motor and an electrically powered variant of Acura’s highly regarded torque-vectoring Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD).
The 2016 Acura RLX Sport Hybrid
Returning for 2016, the Acura RLX Sport Hybrid strikes the balance between performance and efficiency, making for the ultimate driving experience. With a ton of luxury and safety features, it's of great value too. And when you factor in the amount of money you'll be saving driving a hybrid vehicle, you find that the 2016 Acura RLX Sport Hybrid is an excellent investment, too.
Navigation is standard, so you'll be able to cruise the city with ease. Also standard is 2016's addition of Acura's suite of collision-avoidance and driver-assistance features. This addition costs nothing more to Acura customers.
Also for 2016, the chassis and suspension tuning have received upgrades, enhancing ride quality and handling, as well as reducing road noise and vibration levels.
